Wendy Lee Obituary, Death – Wendy Lynn (née Edwards), who passed away on March 14, 2010, despite the best efforts of the medical personnel in the Palliative Care unit of the Providence Regional Hospital, could not be saved from her condition. Wendy (Edwards), who currently resides in Apsley but once resided in Norwood, is celebrating the 60th year of her life. This year marks Wendy’s 60th birthday.
Mrs. Glenn Saltern was Glenn’s cherished wife and his constant companion. Andrea Montgomery (Ted), a resident of Havelock who was reared by her stepmother, will never forget her stepmother. Her grandchildren, Mackenzie and Joshua Montgomery, will never forget how much love their grandmother had, and they will always remember her. She will always be remembered by them. Her nieces and nephews, in addition to her brother Lionel Edwards, who currently resides in Warsaw, are some of the individuals who will be able to carry on her legacy once she has passed away.
Her first husband, Dennis “Larry” Lee, her siblings Marie Nelson (Carm) and Gerald Edwards, and both of her parents, Millie and Percy Edwards, have all left this world. She is the only member of her immediate family that is still alive today. A memorial service will be conducted at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, NORWOOD CHAPEL at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 18, 2010, with visitation commencing at 1:00 PM. On Thursday, March 18, 2010, the event will be held to commemorate this occasion.
Reverend Verna Windrem acted as the event’s host and presided over the activities that took place during the gathering. The Palliative Care Program at the Providence Regional Health Center is a deserving recipient of memorial donations that can be made in honor of the deceased. These contributions can be made in memory of a loved one who has passed away.
