Newlin, a citizen of Peoria, Illinois, who had reached the age of 70 and passed away at home with his family by his side, passed away at his house. Peoria, Illinois was the location where Jackson Newlin and Joyce (Allenbach) Newlin’s son, who was born on December 2, 1952, was brought into the world. He had all of his early education in Peoria, culminating in his high school diploma from Peoria High School in the year 1970.
He was born in Peoria. Following his graduation from high school, he continued his education at Southern Methodist University, where he got degrees in both undergraduate and legal studies. He went on to pursue a career in law after receiving his degrees. On December 20, 1985, he tied the knot with Lori A. Sheppard, the person who would go on to become the love of his life, at St. Mary’s Church, which is located in the middle of Peoria. They were happy to spend the past 37 years together as a couple.
Timothy was a worker’s compensation specialist for more than 42 years during the course of his career as an attorney in Peoria. His career spanned more than 42 years. He was an active participant in a diverse range of Peoria’s community organizations, which allowed him to be a beneficial member of the community there. Timothy, a man of tremendous faith, never missed a service at his local church, never skipped a day of praying, and never missed an opportunity to put the teachings of Jesus into action in any facet of his life.
Some of his favorite activities to do in his spare time included watching the St. Louis Cardinals, swimming, playing golf, taking long walks, and spending time with his family and friends. Surviving members of his family include his wife, Lori, of Peoria; four children: Tim (Sunyoung) Newlin of Aberdeen, Maryland, Joel Newlin of Peoria, Zack Newlin of Peoria, and Libby (Michael) Bono of Peoria; three grandchildren: Henry, Andrew, and Jude Newlin; one sister: Jean Newlin-Schnake of North Liberty, Iowa; and numerous nieces and nephews.
