Romeo Moretti Obituary, Death – ROMEO, who was 84 years old when he died away on March 19, 2023, was surrounded by his loving family as he passed away at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Cranston, Rhode Island. During their entire marriage, Janice (Solomon) Moretti held the fact that he was her spouse in the highest regard. He was the son of Emilio and Maria (Moretti) Moretti, both of whom have now passed away, and he was born in the Italian town of Monticelli. Romeo began his professional life at The Berlitz School of Languages after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College. There, he worked as an Interpreter and Professor of Languages for a number of years before resigning from his position there.
He was the doting father of Anthony Moretti and his wife Tina, who resided in Summit, New Jersey, as well as Gina Carney, who, along with her husband Andy, resided in Ladera Ranch, California. In addition to being a devoted grandfather, he was the proud grandparent of Drew, Luca, Emilia, Valentina, and Carmen. He was the much-loved brother of Rose D’Arezzo, who resided in Cranston with her husband Marco, and of Jenny Papa, who passed away. In addition to this, he was survived by a number of cherished nieces and nephews who were left behind.
His funeral will commence at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, which is situated in Cranston at 1278 Park Ave. His Funeral Service will immediately follow this and will be held at the St. George Maronite Catholic Church in Cranston, which can be found at 1493 Cranston St. in Cranston. The service will begin at 10 am. The burial will take place at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston after the funeral services have concluded. On Friday, March 24, 2023, from four in the afternoon to eight in the evening, there will be a visitation period.
