Rafael Rodriguez Obituary, Rafael Rodriguez Has Passed Away – Death Cause

Rafael Rodriguez Obituary, Death – We want to express our sincere condolences to you on the passing of one of our very own. Rafael “Ralph” Rodriguez, 66 years old and retired from the United States Border Patrol, passed dead on March 26, 2023, following a protracted battle with illness.
Ralph reported for duty for the first time on September 26, 1986, in Glynco, Georgia, in Class 202. After completing his training at the military academy, Ralph went on to work at the Mercedes Station. After some time, he moved his duties to the McAllen Station, where he remained until his retirement.

During his time of employment, Ralph was actively involved in the agency’s operations and cared deeply about the well-being of his fellow employees. He was of service in any capacity that was required of him. Ralph was sent to serve as a Spanish Instructor at the academy on multiple occasions while he was stationed at Fort McClellan, Glynco, and Charleston. ATVs, VMOs, Sensors, BORCAP, Post-Academy Instructor, and a detail to Minot, North Dakota were some of the other duties that were given.

Many people looked up to Ralph as a fantastic friend and guide in their lives. Once Ralph reached retirement age, he, his wife Melody, and their two children made the decision to settle in Seguin, Texas, despite the fact that Ralph was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Ralph will be honored with a private memorial service that is on a more intimate scale. In lieu of flowers, they have requested that condolence cards be sent to anyone who wish to convey their sincere sorrow. Any anecdotes or recollections that you have of Ralph that you might include in the card would be greatly appreciated by his wife, who plans to keep the cards as a monument to Ralph.
