Mary Hill Obituary, Death – Mary Hill has passed away, and this marks the conclusion of her life. Everyone in the Sheshatshiu Innu First Nation, including the Chief and Council, the Staff, and the Members of the Community, Mourns the Departure of Mary Janet Hill with an Overwhelming Sense of Sadness. When all of the details of the event have been ironed out, we will post an update on the website, and in the days that immediately follow, there will be additional activities happening all around the neighborhood.
As a result of the recent catastrophic loss that took place in our town, we would like to express our condolences to each and every member of our community who is presently going through the stages of grief as a direct result of the event. Due to the fact that Mary Janet had previously worked as a member of the staff in the Chief’s office, she was in close touch with a significant number of individuals who worked for our company.
In the next days, we will be showing our gratitude to her for her service by paying our respects to her. In the meantime, we would like to inform the friends and family in St. John’s that there will be a visitation at Barrett’s Funeral Home Limited tomorrow, Friday, March 24th, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and then again from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. These times are in addition to the times that the funeral home is open. In remembrance of our loved one who went away earlier this week, a visitation will be conducted in his or her honor. The timeframes listed here are not etched in stone and are subject to alteration.
