Janice Bish Obituary, Death -Janice Heglar Bish, age 82, of Locust, Pennsylvania, passed away at her home on March 21, 2023, while receiving care from Hospice. She was a resident of Locust. She called the neighborhood of Locust her home.
On March 26th, 2023, funeral services are going to be held at the Palestine United Methodist Church for a deceased member of the church’s congregation. at 2 p.m. On Saturday evening, members of the family will be available at the Stanly Funeral Home in Albemarle to meet and greet guests from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday evening. Before she was born on April 20, 1940, in Stanly County, both of her parents, Lonnie Heglar and Mable Cranford, had passed away from their respective illnesses.
She was Lonnie and Mable Heglar’s daughter. Her mother’s maiden name was Cranford. She had worked as a caregiver for a considerable amount of time before entering retirement, and in addition to that, she was a member of the Palestine United Methodist Church. She worked as a caregiver for many years before entering retirement.
She placed a high value, not only on flowers but also on the members of the church family she attended. Her husband, James Bish, as well as her son Kelly Stallings, and her daughter Debra Drye, all passed away before she did. She was the only survivor of her immediate family.
