Donna Baker Obituary, Death – Her grandparents were also named Harold and Alice. Her grandfather’s name was likewise Harold Luekens, like her grandfather’s. Soon after she ceased working as a school bus driver in Boone County, Kentucky, she started coming to the Hopeful Lutheran Church in Florence, Kentucky, where she had been a member for a very long time. She had been a member of the church for a very long time before she started going there. A very long period had passed since she had first joined the congregation.

At the age of 85, Donna Jean Baker, who resided in Florence, Kentucky, passed away on the 8th of February, 2023. As she passed away, she had reached the age milestone that she had been working toward. Her passing was peaceful and unruffled by any turmoil that may have been taking place. On September 11th, 1937, Donna Luekens was born to her parents, Harold Luekens and Alice Hall, in the city of Cincinnati, which is located in the state of Ohio.

Even after she had moved on from that position, she continued to be a part of this congregation and to go there for worship on a regular basis. When she had any spare time, some of her favorite things to do in her spare time included going camping, gardening, and working on her quilting projects. Only her sister Margaret Smith and her husband Donal Baker had passed away prior to her, and both of them had done so in the year 2007. Only these individuals had passed away before she did.

No one else had. Donna is survived by her husband Joe, her four children Dawn Baker, Doug Baker, and Dennis Baker, all of whom are married, her eight grandchildren Nick, Ali, Kristen, Jordan, Jon, Dylan, and Hailey, and Van, as well as her nine great-grandchildren. Donna is also survived by her nine great-great-grandchildren. In addition, Donna is remembered by her nine great-great-grandchildren after her passing.
