Dan Walker Obituary, Death – When they heard about Dan’s passing, the members of the Class of 1982 were taken aback and felt an overwhelming sense of loss. During this terribly difficult time, we want his family to know that our thoughts and prayers are with them, along with the many friends and coworkers that he had. Everyone will grieve his passing in their own unique ways. We are overjoyed that he was able to attend the reunion that took place over the summer; it was something that will stay in all of our minds for a very long time.
Dan is included in a great number of cherished recollections that other people have shared with him throughout the years. I hope you find peace and quiet soon, Friend While on vacation in Phoenix, Arizona, Dan C. Walker, age 59, originally from Eau Claire, passed away due to circumstances that were completely unforeseen. Visitation is scheduled to take place at Trinity Lutheran Church in Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701 on Monday, April 3, 2023, from three to seven o’clock in the evening. The address of the church is 1314 Lexington Boulevard.
Visitation will pick back up on Tuesday morning at 10 am and continue uninterrupted until the time of the funeral service. The funeral will begin at one in the afternoon. Funeral services will be performed in the church on April 4, 2023 at 11 am, and Pastor Patrick Patterson will preside over the ceremony. The date and time of the services have not yet been determined. Following the conclusion of the funeral services, the deceased person’s body will be laid to rest in the Lakeview Cemetery in Eau Claire during a ceremony that will be attended only by immediate family members. Following the memorial ceremony, friends and family are invited to join the family at the Wild Ridge Golf Course, which can be found at 3647 Kane Road in Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54703 for a time of food, fellowship, and the sharing of memories and tales about Dan.
