Cynthia Clark Obituary, Death – It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Pastor Tim’s aunt, First Lady Cynthia Clark, has passed away.
You are more than welcome to attend the memorial service for her today or tomorrow, along with Pastor Tim and her family. Worship That Is True To Life The Saturday Worship and The Word service will get back up with a live audience the following Saturday. On January 8, 2023, in Athens, Texas, Cynthia Gaye Waggoner Clark, age 65, went to the heavenly home she had prepared for her on this earth.

She was the daughter of Wallace Edward Waggoner and Betty (David) Waggoner, and she was born in Duncan, Oklahoma, on August 17, 1957. Her grandfather, Wallace Edward Waggoner, and granddaughter, Karlee Belle Harris, passed away before her. Her father also passed away. Cyndi was a person who enjoyed having a good time and was passionate about music and dance. Her singing and dancing about the house will be an image that will live on in the family’s memory for all time.

Cyndi Shelton’s husband Robert Shelton, who is also the father of their children, was her husband for a number of years. After that, she wed Tony Clark, and the couple shared 22 wonderful years together. She attended the Sand Springs Church in Athens, where she was a member. She was devoted to following Jesus and helping Him. She was a kind and compassionate person who put the needs of others ahead of her own. Her children and grandkids, in particular, brought her the greatest delight. She took great pride in her family.

Cyndi loved animals and leaves behind her precious little puppy, “CoCo”. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Tony Clark; daughters Amber Willson and husband Scott, Anna Harris and husband Kolton, Audrey Miller and husband Jeremey; sons, Cody Clark and Scott Clark; grandchildren, Aidan Willson, Grace Willson, Kole Harris, Kason Harris, Sophia Harris, Kamryn Harris and Jayden Miller; Mother, Betty Waggoner; sisters Lynn Ainsworth and Debbie Bivins; along with several nieces and nephews.
