Christian Detelli Obituary, Former Provost and Vice-President of uOttawa Science Dies – Death Cause

Christian Detelli Obituary, Death – Christian Detellier, who had previously served as both Provost and Vice-President of Student Affairs and Dean of the Faculty of Science, passed away recently. It is with a heavy heart that we must inform the academic community of his departure. We want his family, friends, and coworkers to know how very sorry we are for their loss. Hartshorne High School was Deanna’s alma mater, and she graduated with honors. She prayed regularly and was an active supporter of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hartshorne, where she was a devout member.

She had a deep love for all of God’s creations, including her family, her animals, her friends, and even complete strangers. She was very proud of her family and was always happy to help people in any way that she could. Deanna enjoyed praying, reading, babysitting, and visiting with her friends and family. She consistently looked for the best in other people and made the most out of every circumstance. She felt that love and prayer could overcome any obstacle that stood in their way. She is survived by her sister, Patti Sherman, who resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma; her two sons and their spouses.

Frankie and Debbie Cooter of Edmond, Oklahoma, and Tim and Penni Cooter of Norman, Oklahoma; her four grandchildren and their spouses, Chase and Grisel Cooter of San Antonio, Texas, Tyler and Montana Dollins of McAlester, Oklahoma, Mark and Caylee Johnson of Enid, Oklahoma, and Lance Coo Her daughter Suzette Pitchford, who resided in Hartshorne, was also one of the people that predeceased her. Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hartshorne will be the location of the funeral services at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022, and Father Leonardo Medina will preside over the ceremony. After the funeral, the interment will take place in the Holy Rosary Cemetery in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. The Brumley-Mills Funeral Home in Hartshorne will be open for visitation on Thursday, January 27th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday, January 28th from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. George Dollins, Scott Evans, Todd Parker, Chase Cooter, Tyler Dollins, and Lance Cooter will serve as pallbearers for the funeral service.
