Brooklyn Center Shooting – The exchange that took place between the Sheriff of Hennepin County, Minnesota, and Witt was captured on tape by 5 Eyewitness News and played back on the station at a later date and time. That station scheduled an interview for Witt with the sheriff so that he could make the most of the opportunity when it presented itself. The interviewer and the broadcaster for the interview were both based in the state of Minnesota.
Which was also the location of the conversation that was being discussed in the interview. Both of these individuals were involved in the interview. A number of people, including some children, were shot late on Sunday night in the neighborhood of Brooklyn Center. Among those shot were a number of adults. The shooting claimed the lives of several adults in addition to the younger children.
