Brian Hanson Obituary, Fargo North Dakota, A Member Of The Salvation Army Has Died – Death Cause

Brian Hanson Obituary, Death – The death of Brian Hanson has occurred. The “Home-going” of Pastor Gary Hanson, who was a beloved spouse, father, grandfather, and friend to a large number of people, was announced today, and our hearts are filled with both profound pain and wonderful joy as we spread the word. Although though he spent his boyhood on an island in the Mississippi River known as Campbell’s Island, he was born in Moline, Illinois on December 5, 1933.

Yet, he spent his childhood on Campbell’s Island. As Gary started going to a weekly service that was held at a Salvation Army outpost on that island, he noticed a significant acceleration in his spiritual growth. It was in that location that he made some of the initial significant advances on his voyage. In 2002, Gary and Helen made the decision to move to Maranatha Village in Sebring, Florida, so that they could be closer to Helen’s parents while they were undergoing treatment for their illnesses.

After working for the village as a member of the grounds crew for ten years and then as a member of the painting crew until he was unable to continue doing so, he devoted the rest of his life to serving the Lord with all of his heart, soul, and mind. During his time with the village, he worked as a member of the grounds crew for ten years. The Memorial Service for Gary Hanson will be held on Saturday, April 1 at 2:00 p.m. at the Maranatha Baptist Church in Maranatha. Gary was married to his high school sweetheart, Helen Hanson, after they graduated (Rainbolt). served on the Board of Directors for Shepherd’s House; after his retirement from the pastorate, he worked as the Mid-West Representative for Baptist Children’s Home in Valparaiso, Indiana; and on a monthly basis, he delivered speeches at nursing homes.
