Bonnie Douglas Death, Obituary – Comrade Bonnie Douglas, a close friend of ours and a fellow Entertainment Officer, passed away early this morning. We are writing to tell you of her passing. As we tell you terrible news, our hearts are heavy with the sorrow that we feel for you. Those who had the good fortune to have known her will feel a deep sense of loss upon learning of her passing. In the future, there will be a Memorial Ceremony or a Celebration of Life conducted in honor of the deceased.

Wherever you are, Bonnie, in the utopia that is your home Many people will miss you very much after your passing. It just won’t be the same if you aren’t there to enjoy it with us when we dance to “Sweet Caroline,” which I know is one of your favorite songs. On the other hand, the song will always be a reminder of the energizing and motivational person that you are.
This will serve as a benefit to you. I have no doubt that you are now a guardian angel in heaven, and I have no doubt that you will be calling out to all of us to “Dance On” at the Legion, a place that you enjoyed and that you helped all of us appreciate more because of you. This is quite upsetting information, since Bonnie was a vivacious lady who gave a significant amount of her time and energy to the legion. She had a true enthusiasm for our legion, taking part in the organization of many of the celebrations as well as taking part in them herself, and she was always willing to sell 50-50s in order to earn money that could be donated to those who were in a worse financial situation. Those of us who were on a first-name basis with her will grievously miss having her here with us.
