AJ Slitter Obituary, Death – He was born in the country that was formerly known as Czechoslovakia. Beloved husband of Mary R. (Sabol) Rojtas; Loving father of Christine (Rob) Scott of Elizabeth and Marlene (Ron) Cairns of West Mifflin; Cherished grandfather of Megan (Chris) Naccarato, A.J. (Allison), Kevin, Alyssa, and Shaun; Great grandfather of Carter Jeffrey; Brother of Mary Lou Taylor, John (Elizabeth) Rojtas and the late Paul Rojtas; also many nieces and nephews.
Andrew was a faithful member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish (Resurrection Church), had worked as a slitter operator for Georgia Pacific up until the time of his retirement, and had served his nation with distinction while serving in the United States Army. On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the relatives of the dead, as well as friends of the family, are invited to pay their respects at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., which is situated at 3511 Main Street, Munhall, Pennsylvania 15120 (412-461-6394). A Service of Blessing is scheduled to take place at 10:30 in the morning on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
Angela and I would want to express our sincere condolences to you and the Lackie family on the passing of Wendy. It is with a heavy heart that we share this news with you. During this difficult time, we are keeping her husband, AJ Slitter, her parents, Tim and Pat Delarosa, and her sister, Amy Finch, along with all of her other friends and family members, in our thoughts and prayers. All of us are going to miss Wendy very, very much. Andy Rojtas was the son of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Rojtas, who both predeceased him.
