When my daughter was a patient at SIUH, it was through the kindness of SIUH that we were able to meet you, Paige. Both my daughter and I consider ourselves extremely fortunate for this opportunity. Because my daughter was staying at that location during that period, we had the opportunity to do so.

For a considerable amount of time during the course of the Portobello Cafe’s existence, Adam was the sole proprietor of the business. Even though he struggled with illness for a while, he never let it stop him from making the most of every moment of his life and experiencing everything that it had to offer.
