Abraham Edery Obituary, Death – We are writing to notify you of the passing of Eng. Abraham Edery, who served as our previous director. It is with a heavy heart that we share this news with you. Please accept our condolences. His first job was at the Volcani Research Institute while he was still a young agronomic, and it was there that he got his start in the professional world. Soon after he showed an interest in agricultural extension and capacity building.

After that, when he went to the Center, he was given the role of head of all four divisions that were located at the Center. This led to his promotion. The year 2010 marked the commencement of his retirement from the Ministry of Agriculture, where he had worked for a combined total of 42 years by the time he left his position in that ministry. Because he was responsible for the education of a sizeable portion of our group, we intend to show respect for his memory as we go with our journey.

He joined CINADCO, which is an organization that aims to enhance international agricultural cooperation. CINADCO is officially known as The Center for International Agricultural Development Cooperation. Because he was fluent in both French and Spanish, he was able to take advantage of a wide range of professional prospects in both Africa and Latin America. While he was employed in Shefayim, he was given responsibility for leading the Spanish Division.
